Guinea Pigs are prone to Vitamin C deficiency when not given a nutritionally balanced diet. Symptoms of Vitamin C deficiency include lethargy, weakness, rough coat, weight loss, joint swelling, loss of appetite, sub-dermal bleeding, loss of teeth, diarrhoea, slow wound healing, ocular and/or nasal discharge.

Vita-C Tablets were formulated by veterinarians to supplement a range of vitamins including accurate levels of vitamin C to protect against deficiencies.

These tablets easily dissolve in water for hassle free administration.

Recommended for all Guinea Pigs where vitamin C is deficient in the diet, it is not necessary for Guinea Pigs that are fed Cavy Origins.
